At Tiger Solar we don’t discriminate against systems not installed by us. We believe that every solar system deserves professional care, regardless of who installed it. With over 20 major installers like Sigora, Pink Energy, and Titan Energy going out of business in the past couple of years, there are a lot of orphaned solar systems that need proper maintenance to run efficiently. That’s why we’re here to help and offer assistance through our maintenance services just like with systems installed by us.

Annual Preventative Maintenance Plan – $495/Year
Our most popular service offering includes everything you need to keep your system running smoothly. Less expensive than a PS5 or a Ninja Airfryer, this comprehensive plan features the following:
- Annual site inspection
- A monthly check for production deviation based upon the original production estimate
- Notification of material production deviations
- Notification of longer-term outages
- 1 Hour remote troubleshooting
- Priority service scheduling
In addition, this plan includes system monitoring so you can stay up-to-date on how your system is performing and helping you reach your energy goals.
Annual System Monitoring Plan – $250/Year
With this plan your system will be continuously monitored by the experts at Tiger Solar and alert you if any issues arise with your panels and/or battery. Specifics of this plan are the following:
- A monthly check for production deviation based upon the original production estimate
- Notification of material production deviations
- Notification of longer-term outages.
- 1 Hour remote troubleshooting
- Priority service scheduling
Site Audit: Starting at $495
A one-time site audit ensures we understand the ins and outs of the system, can determine if
the system is safe for us to work on (and for you) and can identify any recommended repairs. This 105-point inspection includes a full visual, electrical, and performance inspection of your system to determine if it is safe to operate. We’ll highlight any potential issues it may be facing and provide a report detailing all areas of concern.

- Troubleshooting
We recommend a full-site audit of your solar system if you fall into the categories of any of the following:
- Tiger Solar installed your system and has not audited it in several years since the installation took part
- You’re no longer able to reach our original solar installer, or they’ve gone out of business. Leaving you with an orphaned solar system.
